What We Offer 
You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.
Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your agenda, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

• Student: Individual class for a mother & son
• Availability: Mom: flexible on weekdays, Son: weekdays 4-8pm
• Duration: 2 hours (mom), 30 mins (son)
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Lesson Frequency: as many sessions as possible
• Current target language level: Complete beginner
  Language spoken at home: Portuguese
• Lesson location: At the client's house in Mesa, AZ 85205 near Big Nate's Family BBQ
• Student’s language needs and goals: Mom: She will need to build everything up from the very basic level. She would like to focus in class on day-to-day conversation, vocabulary and how to integrate to her new community quickly through learning the language and also culture. She is also interested in business culture and business language. She needs help with grammar, listening comprehension tips, pronunciation and local accents and practicing conversation. She needs tips on the local culture and how to get around.
  Son: He is now going to school in the US and it`s his first real contact with the language. He will need help adapting to the new environment, understanding the lessons, texts and homework. He will also need help making friends by taking intensive conversation lessons to make sure he is able to succeed in school. His lessons should focus on conversation, writing, listening and comprehension tips and strategies and reading.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Design and implement customized curricula in alignment with learners' proficiency levels and objectives.
• Track and assess student progress, guiding them to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with students, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in the target language, both written and spoken.
• A degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field.
• At least two years of English language teaching experience
