Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring English Language Teachers to provide in-person customized lessons to children in Ann Arbor, MI.

Job Information:

Classes: 182176/182177
Student: 2 children (6 and 7 years old)
Availability: They can have lessons back-to-back on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 5 and 7 PM (1 hour for each child).
Lesson frequency: Three times a week
Lesson length: 1 hour for each student
Location: At the client's place in Ann Arbor, MI 48103 (Near W Waters Rd and Ann Arbor-Saline Rd)
Current target language level: High beginners
Native language: Portuguese
Student's goals: Daily life communication

Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

Written and spoken proficiency in the target language
Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
Minimum of two years of teaching experience
