Global LT provides scalable language training, cultural competence workshops, expatriate relocation support, and custom-built learning experiences. We are hiring an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to facilitate cross-cultural training sessions about Morocco for our client's employees.

Job Information:

In-person cross-cultural training sessions for 4 groups of 25 employees
One day of training per group, 4 to 8 hours each group
A specific schedule is yet to be confirmed; start date projected by the end of August
Support sessions of 2 - 4 hours after first training
Deep cross-cultural training for employees who will be expatriated in Morocco

Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions
Delivering personalized programs that address business, social, and the skills needed to achieve cultural competence
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English
Knowledge of the cultural adjustment cycle and adaptation
Previous experience in providing cross-cultural training related to Morocco
Trainers have either a degree in Intercultural Communication or be certified in Intercultural Studies or related fields
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to tailor programs based on client's needs assessment
Expertise in business, international management, global leadership development, or other related fields is preferred
