Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring an Online Polish-speaking Norwegian Language Teacher to provide customized online lessons to our clients.

What We Offer
You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.
Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your lessons, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

C193039 Position Details - Individual class for an adult

Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday mornings (8:00am–12:00pm CET)
Preferred start date: December 22, 2025
Lesson Frequency: 2x a week
Lesson Duration: 1 hour
Student’s location/time zone: Kongsberg, Norway (Central European Time, UTC +01:00)
Preferred platform: Any platform is acceptable (private laptop; no restrictions)
Current language level: Complete beginner
Native and other spoken languages: Native Polish; English at approximately B1 level (challenges with speaking and grammar)
Student’s language needs and goals: Develop practical Norwegian for daily life (e.g., shopping and everyday conversations); build language skills to support finding a job; focus on speaking confidence and usable vocabulary rather than games-based learning.
Additional Information: Requests a Polish speaking Norwegian teacher.
Enjoys conversation practice within a structured lesson plan and appreciates clear learning objectives. Strongly values practice outside of lessons and varied learning methods. Dislikes learning through games. Interests include dogs, walking, cooking, and traveling in Norway.

Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
To have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field
To have a minimum of two years of experience teaching Norwegian
