Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for a Mandarin Cultural Trainer to provide customized in-person training to our clients.

Job Information:

Looking for a Mandarin-speaking cross-cultural trainer based in Kuala Lumpur to conduct training, and help clients become familiar with working across cultures
Format: 1-day group training
Students: approximately 10 employees who are senior leaders from China and Hong Kong
Schedule and location are TBA
Language of the presentation: It should be held in Mandarin language
Client´s native language: Mandarin
Program outline: Must be tailored to the student´s needs. Cross-cultural leadership training and local business etiquettes.

Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
Certificate or degree in intercultural communication, language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
Minimum of two years of experience
