Cultural Trainer in Singapore

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring Cross-Cultural Trainers to deliver in-person and customized training to our clients in Singapore. 

Job Information:

• Sessions will happen on 2nd week of September - 2 sessions and 4 hours each
• Schedule: one day on wed after lunch time and one day on weekend - the time is flexible
• Participants: group training with the spouse
• Location: Duchees Ave. 269145 Singapore
• Format: In-person/face-to-face
• Language spoken: German - native, English - beginner
• The trainer should be dynamic and go through intercultural collaboration and awareness, as well as virtual collaboration. The client's global footprint is expanding, so they want to learn about cultural challenges and how to prevent misunderstandings. 
• Cultures to be focused on: Working with different nationalities such as Malay, Chinese & Singaporean

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging training sessions
• Developing curricula based on learners’ interests, concerns, and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• To have native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English
• To have a degree or certification in intercultural or cross-cultural communication, cultural psychology, sociology, cultural education, diplomacy, cultural instructional design, writing, or a related field
• To have a minimum of two years of cultural training experience
