Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring Cross-Cultural Trainers to deliver in-person and customized online training to our clients in Berlin, Germany.

Job Information:

We are seeking an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to lead a virtual "Expatriate cultural program"

Program Details:

Sessions will happen on October 21st, 9 am-12 pm & 1 pm-5 pm
Groups between 15 and 20 participants
Location: To be determined
Format: In-person/face-to-face
The trainer should be dynamic and go through intercultural collaboration and awareness, as well as virtual collaboration. The client's global footprint is expanding, so they want to learn about cultural challenges and how to prevent misunderstandings.
Participants with different nationalities (Europe - Germany, Hungary, Belgium, France, USA, Brazil, China, India)
Cultures to be focused on: USA, China, Brazil, Germany

Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging training sessions
Developing curricula based on learners’ interests, concerns, and desired outcomes
Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

To have native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English
To have a degree or certification in intercultural or cross-cultural communication, cultural psychology, sociology, cultural education, diplomacy, cultural instructional design, writing, or a related field
To have a minimum of two years of cultural training experience
