Due to a recent surge in requests for advanced language tutoring, we are expanding our network of qualified teachers.

What We Offer 
You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.
Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your agenda, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

  • Student 1: Individual class for a lady
  • Availability: Weekday mornings at 9:30 am
  • Preferred start date: around May 7th
  • Lesson Frequency: 2x a week
  • Lesson Duration: 1 hour each
  • Student’s location/time zone: US, Central Time Zone UTC -06:00
  • Current target language level:  Beginner level
  • Student’s language needs and goals: She would love to be able to have small conversations and perhaps use it at work. She’s interested in Building vocabulary, Listening comprehension tips and strategies, common phrases native speakers use every day, Conversations with native speakers, Passing a language exam, Job-related vocabulary, Ordering at restaurants, Going to the doctor, Popular hobbies or interests in the new country, Business culture, Business language, Giving compliments, How to learn a language faster, Using public transportation, Making friends, Cooking traditional food
  • Student 2: Individual class for a gentleman
  • Availability: Weekday mornings (US, Central Time Zone UTC -06:00)
  • Preferred start date: around May 4th
  • Lesson Frequency: 2x a week
  • Lesson Duration: 1 hour each
  • Student’s location/time zone: US, Central Time Zone UTC -06:00
  • Current target language level:  Beginner level
  • Student’s language needs and goals: 1. Short term goal - understand conversations/meetings in Japanese even if I cannot participate 2. Long term goal 1-2 years to be fluent 
    Interested learning areas: Grammar, Building vocabulary, Listening comprehension tips and strategies, Reading and writing, Conversations with native speakers, Safety and emergency information, Job-related vocabulary, How to be polite in the new country, How schools work in the new country, Ordering at restaurants, Going to the doctor, Business culture, Business language, How to learn a language faster
  • Student 3: Individual class for a lady
  • Availability:  Mon/Tue/Wed/Thurs between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm 
  • Preferred start date: ASAP
  • Lesson Frequency: 2x a week
  • Lesson Duration: 1 hour each
  • Student’s location/time zone: US, Mountain time UTC -07:00
  • Student’s language needs and goals: The student used to learn Japanese when she was in college, about 3 years. She said "I'd like to be able to have conversations with others. I would really like to build my vocabulary and get more confidence in speaking Japanese."
  • Student 4: Individual class for a gentleman 
  • Availability: Saturdays from 9:00am to 10:00 am
  • Preferred start date: ASAP
  • Lesson Frequency: 1x a week
  • Lesson Duration: 1 hour
  • Student’s location/time zone: US, Mountain time UTC -07:00
  • Student’s language needs and goals: The student should not be a total neginner, he has already worked in Japan for 5 years. The student said "I find that I need to grow in the following ways: 1) Normal conversation. I understand business conversations better than everyday conversations. 2) Business technical vocabulary for the Semiconductor industry."

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that inspire and motivate students.
  • Design and implement customized curricula in alignment with learners' proficiency levels and objectives.
  • Track and assess student progress, guiding them to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with students, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in the target language, both written and spoken.
  • A degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field.
  • At least two years of Japanese language teaching experience
