Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring an English (EFL) Language Teacher to provide in-person customized lessons to our client in Waterloo, Belgium.

Job Information:

• Ref. #196132 - Face-to-face English lessons for a 6-year-old boy

• Location: Lessons are to be held at the student's home near the Cimetiere du Centre de Waterloo,1410 Waterloo
   
• Availability: Any weekday, between 15:30 and 18:30

• Lesson Frequency: Twice per week

• Lesson Duration: 60 minutes per session

• Current target language level: Beginner

• Language spoken at home: His mother speaks Slovak and Hungarian; his father speaks Slovak and Spanish. They speak Slovak at home.

• Student's language needs and goals: Basic communication.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons

• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes

• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals

• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language

• Degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or a related field

• Minimum of two years of EFL teaching experience

• Experience teaching children
