What We Offer 
You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.
Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your agenda, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

• Student: Individual - back-to-back classes for siblings (6-years-old & 9-years-old
• Availability: Tuesday & Friday 1pm-5pm 
• Duration: 45 minutes per student
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Lesson Frequency: 1x a week
• Relocation date/location: Relocate in July 2025
• Mode of lesson: Face-to-face/In-person
• Current target language level: Complete beginners
• Native and other spoken languages: German / French (a bit) 
• Lesson location: At the student's home in Adolf-Cuntz-Str, Harthausen, Germany
• Student’s language needs and goals: They will start US school in summer 2025. They will need to understand and write the language as soon as possible to follow school courses and improve their English skills. 
• Additional Information: Interested in Lego, sports and animals. They grew up bilingual (German/French), but hesitated in French, since they do not have the urge to speak French.
  Needs to take advantage of the language immediately (first successes), so that they get excited (even more) to learn it.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Design and implement customized curricula in alignment with learners' proficiency levels and objectives.
• Track and assess student progress, guiding them to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with students, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in the target language, both written and spoken.
• A degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field.
• At least two years of English language teaching experience
