Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for French Language Teachers to provide in-person customized lessons to our clients in Rouen, France.

Job Information:

Ref 155150:

Face-to-face FRENCH for mum and 2 children, aged 16 and 19.
o Address: Rue de la Petite Grange, Bois Guillaume
o Availability: 2-3 x week for 1.5-2 hours weekdays, 3 or 4 pm, or 6 or 7 pm. Would like the teacher to advise if they stay as a group or separate
o Preferred start date: Asap
o Current target language level: A1 at least, they have been in France since 2014, and they can understand basic French.
o Native and other spoken languages: Portuguese native, English, Spanish
Mum and daughter (19): general oral French
Son (16): might need to aim for a higher level, as he is a high school student preparing for the university enrollment exam. He would need more academic learning, including essay writing. If separate classes are needed, they can have classes back to back.

Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
Develop curricula based on learners’ proficiency levels and desired outcomes
Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
Minimum of two years of experience
