• Preferred start date: ASAP

• Lesson format: Face-to-face, in-person

Details

• Monday to Friday, after 5:00 pm 

• Lesson Frequency: 2 times per week; 1-hour lessons

• Student's current level: Complete Beginner

• Native/other languages: German (native), English

• Goals:

  • Survive in daily life situations

  • Develop practical communication skills

  • Build vocabulary for everyday needs

  • Practice structured conversations

Responsibilities

• Create structured, beginner-level Spanish lessons that focus on everyday communication

• Incorporate practical vocabulary and real-life scenarios relevant to living and working in Mexico

• Provide conversation practice to build confidence

• Support the student’s adaptation to daily life situations

Qualifications

• To have native or near-native proficiency in Spanish

• Degree or certificate in language teaching, linguistics, education, or a related field

• To have a minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience with adult beginners

• To be comfortable creating practical, engaging, and culturally relevant lessons

• To have experience supporting students adapting to a new country is a plus
