C198384/198385 Job Information: Two individual classes for children, back-to-back lessons requested

• Ages: 11 & 8 years old 
• Availability: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm  / Prefers afternoons 
• Preferred start date: ASAP 
• Lesson Frequency: 5x per week 
•  Lesson Duration: 1:30h 
• Lesson Location: Needham Heights, MA 02494 (2nd Ave and A St.)
• Preferred platform: F2F 
• Current target language level: Beginner 
• Native and other spoken languages: Portuguese 
• Student’s language needs and goals: To help her transition smoothly by improving her language skills, supporting her social and cultural adaptation, and making it easier for her to build friendships and feel confident in her new school environment.
•  Additional Information: She enjoys pop music, especially artists like KATSEYE and Bruno Mars. She is also passionate about sports, including roller skating, basketball, and volleyball, and she loves dancing.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• To have native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• To have a degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field
• To have a minimum of two years of ESL teaching experience
