Job Information

• Student: A male adult (corporate student)

• Location: Face-to-face lessons are to be held at the student's premises in Sao Paulo (Av. Pres. Juscelino Kubitschek, Vila Olimpia)

• Start date: As soon as the teacher is ready

Details

• Schedule: 7pm-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays (teacher can suggest different weekdays)

• Lesson Frequency: 2 times per week

• Lesson Duration: 1 hour (60 minutes) per session

• Current Portuguese level: Beginner

• Native and other spoken languages: English (native), Spanish (intermediate)

• Additional information: Student needs to work with a teacher who speaks English

Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons

• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes

• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals

• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language

• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field

• Minimum of two years of teaching experience
